2. Guest Responsibilities

6. Dune Bashing Safety
Dune bashing is an adventurous off-road experience conducted on natural desert terrain.
During dune bashing, guests must:
- Wear seat belts at all times.
- Remain seated inside the vehicle.
- Keep arms and personal belongings inside the vehicle.
- Follow all instructions given by the driver.
Guests who experience motion sickness should notify the driver before the activity begins so that appropriate adjustments can be considered.
7. Dune Buggy and Quad Bike Safety
Guests participating in dune buggy or quad bike experiences must:
- Attend the mandatory safety briefing.
- Wear all required protective equipment provided.
- Operate vehicles responsibly and only within designated areas.
- Follow the guide’s instructions throughout the activity.
- Avoid reckless driving or dangerous manoeuvres.

8. Camel Ride Safety
When participating in a camel ride, guests should:
- Follow the handler’s instructions.
- Mount and dismount only when directed.
- Remain seated properly throughout the ride.
- Avoid sudden movements that may startle the animal.
Children should participate only under appropriate supervision.
9. Weather and Environmental Conditions
Desert conditions may change quickly.
For guest safety, Bab Al Sand Tourism LLC may modify, postpone, or cancel activities due to:
- Extreme heat
- Strong winds
- Sandstorms
- Heavy rain
- Poor visibility
- Other conditions that may affect safe operation
Guest safety will always take priority over scheduled activities.
10. Clothing and Personal Items
We recommend bringing:
- Comfortable clothing
- Closed-toe shoes or secure footwear
- Sunglasses
- Sunscreen
- A hat or cap
- A light jacket during cooler months
- Personal medications if required
Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings during the tour.
11. Alcohol and Substance Use
For everyone’s safety, guests should not participate in adventure activities while under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.
Our guides may refuse participation where a guest’s condition could create a safety risk.
12. Emergency Procedures
Our guides and drivers are trained to respond appropriately to emergency situations.

13. Right to Refuse Participation
Bab Al Sand Tourism LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation in any activity if, in our reasonable opinion, a guest:
- Does not follow safety instructions.
- Behaves in a dangerous or disruptive manner.
- Appears medically unfit to participate.
- Creates a safety risk for themselves or others.
This decision is made solely to protect the safety of all participants.
14. Limitation of Risk
While we take reasonable precautions to provide safe and enjoyable experiences, desert activities involve natural environments and inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated.
By participating, guests acknowledge these inherent risks and agree to exercise personal care while following all safety instructions provided by our team.
